Customer Service Specialist We need an individual that is excellent on the phone and provides exceptional customer service to our customers. Community Automotive Repair started in 1975. Our automotive repair shop is locally owned and operated. We are adding to our team of highly trained professionals. As a Customer Service Specialist you can expect to join a team of experts. The Customer Service Specialist is the front-line point of contact that keeps our service flow organized and our customers informed. You'll manage calls and messages, schedule work accurately, and help ensure drop-off and pick-up run smoothly. Key responsibilities: - Answer multi-line phones, greet customers, and respond to online inquiries - Book appointments and communicate next steps clearly - Assist service advisors and cover for them during vacation or sick time - Support shop needs, including special projects. - Assist multi-locations, sometimes on-site help needed - (transportation provided) Required qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent - Valid Michigan Driver's License - Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) - Experience with phone skills - Typing speed of 50 WPM minimum - Able to lift up to 40 lbs If you're proactive, positive, and customer-focused, apply today.
