Senior Manager Financial Planning Analysis

We're partnering with a leading energy organization seeking an experienced Senior Manager, FP&A to drive strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across a major business region. This role will serve as a key business partner to operational, commercial, and executive leadership, providing financial insights that support both short-term execution and long-term growth initiatives. What You'll Be Doing Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Executive-level presentations, financial modeling, and data/accrual analysis. Two direct reports (Dallas and Chicago) Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions Analyze operational and financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities Partner with commercial and operations leaders to evaluate business assumptions and market trends Prepare executive-level reporting, including presentations for leadership and stakeholders Support economic analysis, financial forecasting, and strategic initiatives Lead and mentor finance team members while driving continuous process improvement Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry Experience with Hyperion 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience Prior leadership or team management experience Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities Strong communication and executive presentation skills Background within energy, midstream, oil & gas, utilities, or related industries preferred Nice to Have but Not Required: CPA, CMA, or FP&A certification Experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools Strong understanding of business performance drivers and financial risk analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr Employbridge
