Job Summary and Qualifications

Performs quality Ultrasound procedures, follows physician's orders, practices quality patient care, exercise excellent customer service, participates in call/holiday coverage, maintains competencies and current knowledge of procedures, participates in equipment Q.C., completes all records and documentation, practices radiation safety, involved in department initiatives.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Diagnostic Medical Sonographer must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Vocational School Graduate
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree preferred
• Must be registered/eligible by R.D.M.S or ARRT (S). If associate does not hold advanced certification, associate shall obtain within 6 months of hire/promotion/transfer or completion of training program. Must be BLS by AHA or ARC.
• Must be registered for Vascular
• Prefer at least 1 year experience
