Onsite Client Services & Facilities Specialist

Opensity Solutions

Opensity Solutions is hiring a FAST Service Specialist to provide on-site administrative support across reception, hospitality, mail, and facilities for our Chicago area clients. You will engage with clients, route calls, manage conference rooms, handle mail and copies, and assist with office operations in a busy, client-facing environment. This full-time role requires a self-motivated team player with strong multitasking skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Opensity Solutions
