Senior Helpers of Greater Arlington Location: Arlington, TX (North Arlington / South Arlington / Mansfield / Grand Prairie) Type: Part-time / Full-time Reports to: Scheduling Coordinator

Senior Helpers of Greater Arlington is a home care agency dedicated to improving the quality of life of seniors. We opened in December 2025 and are growing fast. We are committed to compassionate, professional care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
• Companion and supervision support in the client’s home or facility
• Monitor client health status and report any changes immediately to the coordinator
• Document activities and observations in WellSky
• Maintain active and timely communication with the scheduling team

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates who do not meet these requirements will be automatically disqualified.

Requirement - Detail

Valid driver’s license - Required — no license, no further process

Reliable personal transportation - Must be able to travel between clients

Eligibility to work in the U.S. - Documentation required to complete the I-9

Schedule availability - Morning, afternoon, night shifts, and weekends

Social Security Number (SSN) - Required for background check and payroll

Active cell phone - For communication with the team and clients

Required Documents for the Hiring Process

All candidates must submit the following documents through the application portal:

Identity & Work Eligibility (I-9)

• Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, state ID)
• Document proving U.S. work eligibility (e.g., Social Security card, U.S. passport, EAD)

Tax Documents

• W-4 Form (federal tax withholding) — completed during onboarding

Background Check

• Signed background check authorization — mandatory before starting any shift

Onboarding Documents

• Signed company policies and employee handbook
• Direct deposit banking information (optional but recommended)

Certifications

• CNA, HHA, or CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable)
• At least 1 professional reference from a previous caregiving role
