Norwegian Customer Support Specialist for Canon

What will you be doing?
Depending on the team you join, your responsibilities may vary. You can expect to:
Communicate with customers via phone, chat and email
Answer questions and troubleshoot technical issues
Follow up on cases and make sure they are resolved efficiently
Escalate more complex issues when needed
Build strong and professional relationships with customers and partners
Work towards individual and team targets
Follow standard diagnostic procedures and find effective solutions
Exchange ideas and solutions with your international colleagues
And of course, do your best to turn every customer into a happy customer!

Requirements

What we're looking for

Fluent Norwegian and good English skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
A positive, customer-focused mindset
Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus

Benefits

€1,300 gross salary per month
Up to €130 extra per month in performance bonus
Additional bonuses after 1, 6 and 12 months in company
14 salaries per year - meaning 2 additional monthly salaries
Work Mon-Fri 9-19
