Customer Technical Support Specialist

Providing comprehensive technical support to customers, the full-time Customer Technical Support Specialist will assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals via phone, chat, and email, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Responds to customer inquiries and resolves issues related to the insulin pump and associated software Documents customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and follows approved communication guidelines Acts as a customer advocate, identifying potential health and safety issues and proposing improvements to processes Required qualifications: High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a health-related field encouraged 1 year of customer service experience preferred, with familiarity in a HIPAA environment highly desirable Ability to navigate CRM tools and perform technical troubleshooting Experience with electronic documentation systems and IT helpdesk support preferred Bilingual in Spanish or French is encouraged
