Join us and contribute to our proven track record of success while advancing your career in an exciting and encouraging company!What You'll DoOffer direct troubleshooting and assistance for gaming cabinets, computers, and related hardware.Identify and fix hardware, software, power, connectivity, and configuration problems.Install, configure, repair, and validate technical equipment in various customer environments.Apply remote-support tools to assist in resolving technical issues.Interpret technical documentation and collect diagnostic evidence for accurate service activity documentation.Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining composure during high-impact situations.Prioritize field requests and bring up complex issues appropriately.Travel to customer sites for hands-on support and participate in after-hours or on-call coverage as needed.What We're Looking For4+ years of relevant experience in supporting gaming equipment, electromechanical products, or complex technology.Strong competence with gaming cabinets, electronic components, and related hardware.Demonstrated skill in methodically identifying and fixing technical problems.Experience with computer operating systems, networking fundamentals, and remote-support tools.Excellent communication and customer-service skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.Willingness to travel and provide on-site support.Familiarity with regulated gaming environments and gaming cabinet architecture is a plus.Experience with AI-enabled applications, data analysis tools, and case-management platforms is beneficial.Technical certifications or related education in IT, electronics, or engineering technology is preferred.This job description may have been reviewed and enhanced using AI-assisted tools to improve clarity, consistency, and inclusivity.
