Responsibilities: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Create and maintain detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business objectives Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or tech environment Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
