Customer Service Representative

Providing essential support to members and providers, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring first call resolution while working remotely from various states. Key responsibilities Deliver first call resolution through effective inbound and outbound customer service interactions Document and resolve customer issues promptly, routing inquiries as necessary for further investigation Maintain compliance with Personal Protected Information (PPI) requirements while handling sensitive information Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Two years of customer service experience in related fields Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software Experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims processing industries Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences #J-18808-Ljbffr Premera Blue Cross
