Medical Front Office Receptionist (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Body Balance Physical Therapy is looking for a warm, organized, detail-oriented Medical Front Office Receptionist to be the friendly face patients see first.

What You'll Do
- Providing a great patient experience from initial contact and beyond
- Welcome every patient with warmth and genuine care
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Provide skilled & professional management of all incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Handle data entry, faxing, and other clerical support
- Keep the daily flow of the clinic running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of front office or customer service experience (preferred)
- A friendly, upbeat, professional attitude
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Genuine interest in growing within a healthcare setting
