Job Description SummaryThe Director of Finance, Service Parts & Lifecycle Solutions serves as the strategic finance leader for GE HealthCare's global Parts, Repair, Asset Recovery, and Lifecycle Solutions business. This role partners directly with business leadership to drive profitable growth, margin expansion, inventory productivity, pricing excellence, and operational performance across a complex global services environment.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business PartnershipServe as the primary finance partner to the General Managers and senior leadership team for Service Parts & Lifecycle Solutions.Translate business strategies into actionable financial plans that accelerate growth, expand margins, and improve cash flow.Provide fact-based recommendations on strategic investments, pricing actions, inventory strategies, and portfolio optimization.Financial Planning & Performance ManagementLead annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long-term strategy (LTS), and monthly business reviews.Drive rigorous forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting across revenue, margin, inventory, and operating expenses.Deliver clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding business risks and opportunities.Parts, Repair & Lifecycle EconomicsOwn financial performance of service parts, repair operations, asset recovery, and lifecycle solutions offerings.Drive initiatives that improve repair productivity, harvest economics, inventory turns, fulfillment performance, and overall profitability.Partner with operations, sourcing, logistics, and commercial teams to optimize end-to-end financial performance.Pricing & Commercial ExcellenceSupport development and deployment of pricing strategies that improve value capture and competitive positioning.Analyze pricing performance, discount trends, renewal opportunities, and market dynamics to identify growth levers.Evaluate business cases and investment opportunities to ensure sustainable returns and alignment with strategic objectives.Working Capital & Cash FlowLead inventory and working capital initiatives across the service parts ecosystem.Drive actions that improve inventory productivity, reduce excess and obsolete inventory, and enhance free cash flow generation.Establish performance metrics and governance mechanisms to sustain improvements.Governance, Compliance & ControllershipEnsure financial reporting accuracy, compliance with GE HealthCare policies, and adherence to internal controls.Partner with Controllership to maintain strong financial governance and audit readiness.Drive transparency and accountability across key business metrics and financial commitments.Transformation & DigitizationChampion simplification, automation, AI-enabled analytics, and digital finance capabilities.Improve reporting infrastructure, forecasting processes, and decision-support tools.Drive adoption of modern financial dashboards and data-driven operating mechanisms.Team LeadershipLead, coach, and develop a high-performing global finance organization.Build organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, and continuous improvement.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and innovation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA) or CPA preferred.10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position within a complex, global organization.Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.Strong understanding of service parts operations, supply chain finance, and inventory management principles.Proven ability to partner with business leaders and translate financial data into actionable business insights.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.Experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a significant plus.GE HealthCare is a $20B publicly traded global med-tech company focused on diagnostic and digital solutions.
