Cornerstone Education is a new affiliate organization of YAD Healthcare dedicated to advancing education, strengthening clinical competencies, and investing in the development of our frontline staff. We are now looking to hire a Regional Director Nurse Educator. Brief Job Description We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for implementing clinical education programs across multiple skilled nursing facilities within an assigned region. This role partners closely with the Director of Nursing Education and facility leadership teams to improve clinical competency, enhance quality outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. The Regional Clinical Nurse Educator will serve as a guide and resource for the nursing staff, helping nurses and CNAs build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and provide quality resident centered care. This individual will report to the Director of Nursing Education.
