Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $250,000 $300,000

Your Role Leadership & Administration

Serve as Medical Director for assigned skilled nursing facilities
Partner with Regional Medical Director on clinical programs and quality initiatives
Mentor and support medical staff
Drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide hands-on patient care in post-acute & long-term care settings
Conduct exams, diagnose conditions, and manage treatment plans
Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications and therapies
Ensure accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients, families, and care teams

What You Bring

MD / DO / MBBS required
Board Certified/Eligible in:
- Internal Medicine
- Family Medicine
- Geriatrics (preferred)
- Or related specialty
Eligible for an unrestricted license in:
- Washington, Oregon, or Montana (high priority)
DEA & NPI (or eligibility)
Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid participation
U.S. work authorization required
