Permanent Family Medicine Physician

Position Type: Permanent

Rate: $240,000 - $260,000 Starting Salary + Production Incentives
Shift: Days + Shared 1:7 Phone Call Rotation
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Permanent Opportunity

Position Details:
Patient Population: Pediatric to Geriatric Patients
Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine Safety-Net Clinic
Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive outpatient family medicine care, preventive care, chronic disease management, patient education, diagnostic interpretation, treatment planning, and collaborative multidisciplinary care for patients of all ages
Required Procedures: Basic Outpatient Family Medicine Procedures
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: 2 Physicians, 1 Nurse Practitioner & Clinical Support Team
Days Per Month: Full-Time Coverage
On-Call/Weekends: Shared 1:7 Phone-Only Call Coverage

Submission Requirements:

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine Required
Indiana License Required or Willingness to Obtain
DEA, BLS & ACLS Required
Experience Treating Pediatric to Geriatric Population Required
COVID Vaccination Required
H1B & J1 Visa Candidates Accepted
