Hybrid SBC Case Planner - Family Support Advocate

Arab American Family Support Center (AAFSC) is hiring a Solution-Based Casework (SBC) Case Planner for a full-time, hybrid role in the Bronx. The Case Planner will provide high-quality case planning, case work, and case management to at-risk families referred by ACS, using SBC foundations to promote safety and family stability.
