Arab-American Family Support Center (AAFSC) is seeking a Solution-Based Casework (SBC) Case Planner to provide intensive preventive case planning and services for at-risk families referred by ACS. The role requires strong collaboration with families, case management, and adherence to SBC models to improve safety and stability. The position is full-time and hybrid, with 2-3 days in the Bronx office.
