Bilingual Family Support Case Planner (Evenings)
SCO Family of Service
SCO Family of Services is seeking a Case Planner in Brooklyn, NY to provide supportive counseling and case management using the Family Connections model. The role involves home visits, advocacy, and collaboration with ACS, schools and partners to promote client safety and wellbeing. Qualifications include a BA or BSU with experience, bilingual Spanish, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
