Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Critical Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: Registered Nurse state license or compact license Certifications: AHA BLS or Red Cross BLS, AHA NIH Must-Have: 2 years of recent CVICU experience Description: We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse for a travel position. The role requires availability for holidays as needed and every other weekend. Candidates must be willing to float to other units. We will accept schedules of 36 or 48 hours per week. The unit provides specialized care for adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and other surgical conditions. The focus is primarily on post-operative recovery and complex invasive hemodynamic monitoring. Nurses must demonstrate high levels of professional competency. A stepdown unit within the facility focuses on the care and recovery of patients after cardiac, thoracic, or vascular surgery. Our team specializes in a patient-centered approach to care.
