Shift Options & Pay

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (Mon-Fri) | $18.00/hr

• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (Mon-Fri) | $19.50/hr

• 3rd Shift: 9:15 PM - 6:00 AM (Sun-Thu) | $21.00/hr

Join a team supporting the production of medical devices in a clean, quality-focused manufacturing environment. No extensive experience required. We're open to candidates looking to begin or grow their manufacturing career.

What You'll Do

• Deliver materials and components to production areas

• Transfer inventory and finished products throughout the facility

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions

• Scan and track materials using handheld RF devices

• Package, label, and stage products as needed

• Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift (8+ hours)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Basic computer skills

• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

• Manufacturing, inventory, forklift, or RF scanning experience is helpful but not required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.09/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
