What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 32-bed Level III NICU
• Support care for approximately 4,000 deliveries annually
• Collaborate closely with a team of 2 Neonatologists and 2 NNPs during daytime hours
• Participate in home-based night call, with in-house NNP coverage 24/7
• Perform neonatal procedures and support clinical decision-making
• Engage in mentorship and ongoing professional development, especially supportive for new graduates
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality neonatal care aligned with best practices
• Contribute to a collegial, team-oriented professional environment

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Medical License in Kentucky or eligible for licensure
• Strong collaborative skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a team and support neonatal patients

Preferred:

• Residency training in neonatology
• Experience working in a Level III NICU environment
• Open to recent graduates with a strong interest in neonatal care
