Enhance professional growth through innovative projects and mentorship.Job DescriptionOverviewLead tax planning efforts for ultra-high-net-worth clients, ensuring comprehensive and strategic financial advice.Collaborate with client advisors to provide tailored wealth strategies and planning solutions.Act as a subject matter expert in individual income tax planning and related financial disciplines.Develop and maintain relationships with external advisors to enhance client services.Create educational materials and training programs for internal teams and clients.Ensure compliance with tax regulations while optimizing planning strategies for clients.Contribute to the firm’s growth by elevating the quality and consistency of client services.Participate in client meetings as a senior resource to provide actionable guidance.Key Responsibilities & DutiesSupport client teams by providing expertise on complex tax and planning matters.Partner with advisors to identify issues, develop strategies, and prepare for client engagements.Review client materials to highlight key considerations and risks.Frame and advance discussions on tax, insurance, liquidity, and risk-related matters.Translate complex concepts into actionable guidance for clients and advisors.Develop and maintain relationships with external advisors and service providers.Create and deliver internal training sessions and presentations on tax concepts.Curate and generate content for internal and external educational purposes.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field, CPA preferred.6+ years of experience in tax planning and wealth management, preferably with UHNW clients.Strong knowledge of tax planning techniques and structures.Proven ability to coordinate across multiple advisors and disciplines.Excellent communication skills to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.Strong organizational and project management capabilities.High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.Experience in relationship building and problem-solving within wealth management contexts.
