WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver elite-level personal training and semi-private coaching sessions

• Coach 4–6 clients per hour in a structured environment

• Create exceptional client experiences that drive retention and results

• Perform fitness and lifestyle assessments

• Adapt exercises based on injuries, limitations, and goals

• Build accountability, trust, and long-term client relationships

• Maintain a clean, organized, high-touch training floor

QUALIFICATIONS

• Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)

• CPR/AED Certification

• Minimum 1 year of personal training experience required

• Bachelor’s degree or CSCS certification preferred

• Semi-private training experience is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $55,000-$90,000 total compensation, plus performance-based bonuses

• PTO and paid sick leave
