Lease Accounting Analyst

Lease Accounting Analyst W2 only Base pay range $36.00/yr - $40.00/yr Responsibilities Perform lease accounting functions, including managing journal entries and account reconciliations. Utilize large ERP systems (such as Oracle) for processing and reporting lease-related accounting data. Ensure accuracy and compliance in lease accounting records and documentation. Analyze lease agreements and account for them in accordance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. Collaborate with other team members in a hybrid work environment (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). Support month-end and year-end close processes related to lease accounting activities. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues or discrepancies. Maintain detailed and organized records for audits and internal controls. Work independently to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
