Accounting Analyst

Job Title: Accounting Analyst, Lease Location: Raleigh, NC – Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Contract Duration: 6 months Contract-to-Hire Pay Range: $36-40/hr on W2 (rate negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors) Role Overview: Seeking an Accounting Analyst with a strong accounting background to join the team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to lease accounting. This role requires someone detail-oriented and analytical, comfortable managing journal entries, account reconciliations, and working within large ERP systems such as Oracle or similar platforms. Position offers potential for full-time conversion based on performance. Candidates should be local to Raleigh, NC or willing to commute 4 days a week. Key Requirements 5–6 years of hands‑on accounting experience. Lease accounting experience preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in journal entries and account reconciliations. Experience with Oracle or other major ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for a hybrid team environment.
