TravelNurseSource is working with Prime Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in New York City, New York, 10029!

RN Cardiology

• Provided comprehensive nursing care to cardiology and telemetry patients , including those with heart failure, arrhythmias, and other acute cardiac conditions.
• Monitored and interpreted cardiac telemetry rhythms , vital signs, and hemodynamic status, promptly responding to changes in patient condition.
• Administered cardiac medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborated with cardiologists and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educated patients and families on cardiac disease management, medications, lifestyle modifications, and post-discharge care.
• Documented assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in Epic EMR while maintaining compliance with hospital standards.
