\nGASTESI LOPEZ MESTRE & COBIELLA, PLLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing legal team.
\n \nJob Summary
\nThe Paralegal will provide essential support to our attorneys across all aspects of case preparation and litigation. This role requires strong organizational and research skills , excellent written and verbal communication, and a solid understanding of legal procedures. The Paralegal plays a key role in the efficient operation of our legal department.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Prepare drafts of correspondence and legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests \n
- Conduct legal and factual research in support of active matters \n
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as directed \n
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, including trial and hearing support \n
- Perform other duties as assigned \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Proficiency in legal databases like LexisNexis, and strong written communication and analytical skills \n
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish \n
- Prior legal research experience required \n
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment \n
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision \n
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented work ethic \n
- Punctual and reliable \n
Schedule
\nMonday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
\n \nCompensation
\n- \n
- Commensurate with experience and qualifications; discussed at interview. \n
