Global Commercial Transactions Director - AI-Driven Legal (Santa Clara)

Coherent Corp. seeks a veteran in-house lawyer to lead a global commercial transactions team and partner with executives on major initiatives. You will draft and negotiate high‑stakes agreements across jurisdictions, build scalable playbooks, and drive efficiency through AI‑enabled legal operations.
You should have a JD, active U.S. bar, and 15+ years’ experience, including 5+ in-house and exposure to electronics/semiconductors. Occasional travel and hybrid office collaboration are expected.
