Senior US Payroll & Compliance Specialist

Boldr is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage the U.S. payroll administration for a distributed workforce of 600–1,000 employees across approximately 35 states. This role involves overseeing the bi-weekly payroll cycle in Paylocity, ensuring compliance with legislative changes, and managing payroll for both exempt and nonexempt employees. The ideal candidate should have 3–5+ years of payroll administration experience, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and work confidently under tight deadlines.
