Treatment Coordinator Opportunity

Full-time | Competitive pay range of $18-19 per hour, based on experience

Our dental office is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team! We are seeking someone who is confident, organized, personable, and experienced in helping patients understand their dental treatment and move forward with it.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of dental treatment coordinating experience required
• Experience with treatment planning for all dental procedures
• Knowledge of insurance verification and breakdowns
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable discussing finances and payment options with patients
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred (not required)
• Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus (not required)
• Experience coordinating Endodontic and Oral Surgery treatment is a plus

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Presenting and explaining treatment plans
• Daily patient follow-ups and unscheduled treatment follow-up
• Checking patients in and out
• Insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Confirming appointments and auditing the schedule to ensure productive days
• Helping create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
