POSITION DUTIES DCP in an acute care setting

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS CA license; ED/ER case management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS previous Kaiser Experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 06:00 PM to 06:30 AM EOW; 36 hours
