Office Administrator \n\nTimpl has partnered with a leading 3PL logistics service provider offering\nintegrated solutions including air, ocean, and ground transportation,\nwarehousing & distribution, and customs clearance. And we are seeking an Office\nAdministrator.\n\n\nResponsibilities \n * Develop and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies and\n managing performance expectations. \n * Work closely with staffing agencies to source, screen, and interview\n qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions. \n * Provide accurate job descriptions and specifications to staffing agencies to\n ensure a clear understanding of our hiring requirements. \n * Conduct new hire onboarding and process all new hire paperwork, ensuring\n accurate employee information is entered into HRIS. \n * Review and verify employees' timecards to ensure accuracy. \n * Work with Safety Team in implementing the safety programs to minimize risk\n and provide a safe workplace. \n * Conduct emergency evacuation training and reinforce safety protocols. \n * Maintain office supplies and equipment(assets), ensuring adequate\n inventory and proper functioning. \n * Coordinate with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of\n goods and services. \n * Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate apartment lease program,\n aligned with company policies and employee needs. \n * Oversee the onboarding process for new corporate apartment tenants, providing\n guidance on lease terms, move-in procedures, and community guidelines. \n * Manage and maintain a database of corporate apartment leases, including\n tenant information, lease terms, maintenance records, and payment history. \n * Coordinate with landlords and property management companies to address\n tenant concerns, oversee maintenance requests, and resolve any lease-related\n issues. \n * Responsible for recording and processing expenses. \n * All other tasks as assigned. \n\n\n\nQualifications \n * Prior experience in Human Resources and/or office management preferred. \n * Excellent interpersonal communication skills. \n * Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.\n * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\n * Fluency in Korean is required.
