We are looking for an outgoing, dependable Leasing Consultant to join our team at Mesa Falls Apartments. Whether you have experience in leasing, property management, customer service, sales, hospitality, or simply love working with people, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be one of the first people prospective residents meet and an important part of their experience throughout their time in our community. You’ll help prospective residents find the right apartment, conduct property and apartment tours, guide applicants through the leasing process, and build relationships with current residents.

You’ll also help with day-to-day property operations, including resident communication, marketing, inspections, preparing apartments for move-in, and keeping the community looking its best.

This is an active, people-focused role. You’ll spend time both in the office and throughout the property, regularly walking the community, touring apartments, climbing stairs, and assisting with property needs as they come up.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in leasing, property management, customer service, sales, hospitality, or another people-focused role is a plus.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with new people.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
• Dependable, proactive, and willing to jump in where needed.
• Comfortable conducting apartment and property tours and working throughout the community.
• Able to work independently while also being a strong member of the property team.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Someone who embodies our values of humility, integrity, caring, quality, and simplicity.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 

Tuesday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
