What You’ll Do as a Confectioner Crafting our signature Mackinac Island Fudge on the marble table, using time‑honored techniques. Hand‑dipping chocolates and preparing a variety of gourmet confections. Making caramel treats like caramel apples, caramel corn, and sea‑salt caramels. Assisting with the preparation of freshly made waffle cones and bowls.Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure food safety and product quality. Engaging with customers by showcasing the confection‑making process and sharing the Kilwins story. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field. A passion for crafting high‑quality sweets and working with your hands. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product excellence. A friendly, customer‑focused attitude with a love for creating memorable experiences. Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new skills.
