Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for child care. Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service. Maintain class ratios and ensure availability of resources for classroom success. Collaborate with other teachers to develop creative, engaging curriculum. Communicate with parents daily through mobile apps and personal discussions. Engage with childcare professionals and continue to grow professionally. Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred. Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members. Works productively without supervision within established policies and procedures. Highly motivated, takes direction well, and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Dependable, adaptable, enjoys working in teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent listening and constructive follow-up.
