Tier II Helpdesk Technician - IT Support
The Pueblo of Sandia
The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a Tribal Government Helpdesk Technician II to deliver second-tier IT support for end-users across tribal government operations. You will diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and peripheral issues and guide users through clear, friendly solutions. Under supervision, you will document requests in the IT ticketing system, escalate complex cases, and help maintain user accounts in Active Directory.
