As the receptionist/concierge for our medical practice, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, check patients in and out during their visit, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to message and patients-related paperwork. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities Greet patients as they arrive at the clinic and check them in and out. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment Provide general patient-related service and attend to the needs of patients during their visit and on the phone. Manage paperwork, message pool and other related clerical work Perform other clerical tasks assigned by your manager Qualifications Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service Strong work ethic and positive attitude Familiar with computers and scheduling software Excellent multi-tasking skills Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred Previous experience as a medical receptionist is preferred Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
