Court 16's mission is to offer a unique and holistic tennis experience to kids and adults of all physical abilities and social and geographical backgrounds in a safe environment curated specifically for them. We are actively hiring passionate Member Services Associates for our Financial District, Manhattan, NY location to help support our operations team.

The Member Service Associate is a key part of successful club operations including; client services, facility upkeep, sales, inventory management, product knowledge, and program facilitation. They provide support to the management and coaching teams, as the team works together to provide each guest with a valuable experience. This is a great position for someone looking to utilize their administrative and customer service experience, and grow their skills in marketing, the sports industry, operations management, sales and business development. We aim to help professionals grow personally and be successful in different positions at Court 16 and beyond. Deliver an exceptional client experience through professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, registrations, and daily check-ins.
- Welcome clients with warmth and efficiency, ensuring smooth transitions into programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting facility—including opening/closing procedures and court setups.
- Accurately manage client records for attendance, payments, and required documentation.
- Collaborate with staff to support events, camps, and consistent program delivery.
Support enrollment and retention through client engagement and outreach.
- Engage with current and prospective clients to promote programs and membership options.
- Recommend packages, private sessions, or upgrades based on client interests and goals.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and retention goals through follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, community events, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Support scheduling, inventory, and operational planning to maximize program efficiency.
Experience working in guest/customer service and adapting communication styles accordingly.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, and extremely attentive to details.
Consistently responsive, able to use creative thinking and resourcefulness when presented with a new or ambiguous situation.
Proficiency and comfort with different computer and technology systems; knowledge of Google Suite, MindBody, and HubSpot a plus.
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and use appropriate discretion.
Interest in learning new skills, and taking on new responsibilities when appropriate.
$25.00/hour (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and qualifications)
