This position involves providing specialized care in a labor and delivery setting, including managing obstetrical patients, assisting with high-risk deliveries, and performing neonatal assessments. The role requires collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal maternal and neonatal outcomes. Job Details Position Description: Labor and Delivery Nurse responsible for clinical care of obstetrical patients, utilizing Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM), maintaining central lines, and assisting with various high-risk obstetrical procedures. Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience; current certifications in BLS, NRP, ACLS, and AWHONN; valid California State License in-hand; CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention Institute in-hand; proficiency in Epic electronic medical record system. Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Experience with high-risk delivery procedures, neonatal resuscitation, and postpartum care preferred. All required certifications must be current and in-hand at the time of application. References from two supervisors are required.
