Pediatrician - Norfolk

Salary: $200,000 - 220,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician.
• A background in pediatric care or primary care is relevant for this role.

• Join our outpatient pediatric practice in Norfolk and care for children and families across the region.
• Provide care for foster care, military, underserved, and medically or socially complex pediatric populations.
• Work a four-day schedule with very light call.
• Deliver care without inpatient admissions, hospital rounding, or newborn nursery coverage.
• Collaborate with strong behavioral health and pediatric subspecialty support.
• Teach and mentor pediatric residents.
• Contribute to the care delivered through our Foster Care Center of Excellence and our partnership with St. Marys Home for Disabled Children.
• Support a planned clinic expansion and long-term growth efforts.

We are CHKD Childrens Physician Group, part of The Childrens Hospital of The Kings Daughters, and we are seeking a pediatrician to join Norfolk Pediatrics, an established outpatient practice in Norfolk, Virginia. This role offers the stability and resources of a nationally respected childrens health system along with the close-knit relationships of a neighborhood pediatric practice. We provide a four-day workweek, light call supported by nurse triage and telehealth, robust subspecialty and behavioral health support, an academic appointment option through Eastern Virginia Medical School, and opportunities to teach residents.
