Job Description Position Summary: The Manager, Corporate Development supports the Company’s strategic growth initiatives through financial analysis, valuation, market research, and transaction execution support. This role plays a key part in evaluating mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic opportunities while partnering closely with senior leadership, Finance, Legal, and Operations. Key Accountabilities: Build and maintain financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments. Perform valuation analyses using DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transaction methodologies. Analyze cash flow, returns, capital allocation, and downside scenarios to support investment decisions. Assist in the preparation of investment memos and materials for senior leadership. Support all phases of transaction execution, including due diligence, data room management, and coordination with internal and external advisors. Assist with review and analysis of financial, commercial, and operational diligence materials. Track transaction workstreams, timelines, and deliverables to support deal execution. Qualifications: Education, Certificates, and Licenses: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, strategy consulting, private equity, or a similar analytical role. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience in energy, LNG, infrastructure, or capital‑intensive industries. Familiarity with M&A processes and transaction execution. Experience preparing materials for executive leadership or investment committees.
