You will have the opportunity to work closely with executive leaders in executing end-to-end M&A processes and help drive strategic decision making through organic and inorganic growth. Corporate Development Associate will be responsible for: Drive decision making on organic and inorganic work through strategic initiatives and projects Conduct research and lead analyses on target companies, industries, and markets Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, such as financial modeling, valuation, comparable and relative value analysis. Identify and research potential acquisition opportunities through market analysis and interactions with business partners Working directly with CFOs within the firm's portfolio advising on transactions and corporate finance initiatives. Corporate Development Associate should have the following qualifications: 2-4 years of experience within Corporate Development or Investment Banking Oil and Gas, Energy, Business Services, or Industrials experience required M&A deal experience and knowledge Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
