Addiction Psychiatry – Eastern North Carolina

Seeking a BE/BC Addiction Psychiatrist with experience to join a growing academic and clinical behavioral health program in eastern North Carolina.

Opportunity Highlights

• Inpatient and outpatient addiction-focused practice
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–5:00pm
• Phone-only call with residents as first line
• Academic role with teaching and resident supervision
• Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary addiction and psychiatry team

Candidate Requirements

• MD or equivalent
• Completion of accredited Psychiatry residency (or combined pathway)
• Board eligible/board certified in Addiction Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine
• Prior clinical experience in addiction treatment required
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure and DEA
• DATA 2000 waiver (or eligibility) required
