Position Overview:
Do you enjoy helping people while also identifying opportunities to better protect what matters most to them? The Abbie Davis Tanner Agency is looking for a Client Relationship Specialist who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships and helping clients discover additional insurance solutions.

This role combines service and sales, allowing you to become a trusted resource for clients throughout their insurance journey. You'll assist with policy questions, coverage updates, and claims support while proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen each client's protection.

Responsibilities :

• Provide friendly, responsive service to clients by phone, email, and virtual communication
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and coverage updates
• Conduct policy reviews to identify gaps in coverage and recommend additional products
• Prepare quotes for new and existing clients across multiple insurance carriers
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain accurate documentation
• Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and personalized service
• Support clients throughout the claims process when needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications :

• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-first attitude with a desire to learn
• Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
