Oldfield Club in Okatie, SC is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Compensation: $20.00 per hour BOE Key Responsibilities: Learn and maintain standards in food production and quality Expedite orders in a timely manner Practice excellent operational sanitation Execute scheduled banquet functions Maintain a professional relationship with fellow associates Help reduce loss/waste Communicate equipment repair needs to the chef Actively participate in training efforts Incorporate safe work practices in job performance Attend staff meetings Check and date all deliveries received and report any variances to the chef in charge Verify that all coolers are at the proper temperatures and are cleaned on a daily basis Process inventory requisition and receive supplies as necessary for quality production Prepare the proper amount of food according to production or forecast sheets and production plans Prepare items in accordance with established recipes for a consistent product Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Culinary Degree and 2 years of culinary experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Other Qualifications: ServSafe Certified preferred Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Time Off - Paid time off (PTO) and leaves of absence, in accordance with applicable law and eligibility criteria Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
