On-site Restaurant Full-Time Requisition #: LINEC061647 Description Line Cook – 34° North Restaurant at the Beaufort Hotel ($250 Sign on Bonus!!!) The 34° North Restaurant located inside the Beaufort Hotel is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Line Cooks to join our culinary team. This position plays an important role in delivering high-quality food and creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. We are looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in food presentation and consistency, and enjoys being part of a strong team. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards Assist with prep work, stocking stations, and kitchen organization Ensure all food is handled and stored safely in accordance with sanitation guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout kitchen and work areas Communicate effectively with kitchen and restaurant teams during service Assist with receiving and properly storing deliveriesFollow all safety and sanitation procedures Support banquet and hotel food service operations as needed Qualifications Previous line cook or kitchen experience required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork and communication skills Dependable attendance and positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed Pay & Sign-On Bonus Competitive pay based on experience $250 sign-on bonus offered after successfully completing 30 days of employment. Bonus will be included in your paycheck following the completion of the 30-day period.
