Requirements
  • CDL Class A
  • Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
  • 23 years of age or older
  • HAZMAT Endorsement Preferred
  • Strong work ethic, responsibility & positive attitude

  • Home time: 3 weeks out/ flexible home time

  • Brand new dry van trailers
  • Light HAZMAT only (paints, batteries, cleaning supplies, etc.)
  • 24/7 Dispatch Support (All dispatchers & Ops Managers are former drivers)
  • Full-Time, steady work

  • Extra Stop Pay: $50 per stop
  • Detentions
  • Safety Bonus: $100 - $300
  • Referral Bonus: $400 after 30 days on duty

Become an OTR CDL driver in Bear, DE with Pulse Express, managing dry van and HazMat freight assignments.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Transport dry van and hazardous materials safely and on schedule
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, state, and company policies
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain precise logs

Pay & Perks:

  • $0.70–$0.75 per mile plus extra pay for stops, detentions, and safety
  • $2,200–$3,100 per week with a sign-on bonus up to $4,000
  • 24/7 dispatch support from seasoned drivers and pet-friendly culture
