Senior Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Tampa / Sarasota, Florida

Cornerstone Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to lead high-profile commercial landscape portfolios throughout the Tampa and Sarasota markets.

This role is designed for a proven landscape maintenance professional who can operate at a high level across customer relationships, operational leadership, team accountability, financial performance, and enhancement growth.

What You’ll Lead

• Management of large commercial and HOA landscape maintenance portfolios

• Direct oversight of field operations and property performance

• Customer retention and long-term relationship management

• Coordination of irrigation, enhancements, and specialty services

• Financial accountability for labor, budgets, and property performance

• Identification and development of enhancement opportunities

• Leadership and accountability of crews and field supervisors

• Site quality inspections and operational audits

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic point of contact for assigned customers

• Conduct routine property visits and executive-level client walkthroughs

• Lead operational execution across multiple properties and crews

• Review budgets versus actuals and drive corrective action when needed

• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

• Develop and mentor team members

• Assist with customer renewals and enhancement sales growth

• Help elevate operational standards across the maintenance division

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial landscape maintenance management experience

• Experience managing multi-million-dollar landscape maintenance portfolios preferred

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Proven success in customer retention and relationship management

• Strong operational, scheduling, and budgeting experience

• OSHA10 certification or ability to obtain

• FNGLA or industry certifications preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
