Talent Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities Spend approximately 50% of your time in the field and 50% managing pipelines and coordination. Travel across assigned regions to attend hiring events, outreach efforts, and community partnerships. Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for priority roles. Drive candidate engagement, assessments, and follow-up throughout the hiring process. Manage multiple open roles simultaneously with speed, organization, and accuracy. Utilize recruiting platforms and tools to track candidate progress in real‑time. Employ strong time management, independence, and comfort working in fast‑paced, people‑facing environments. Requirements 3+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or talent engagement (healthcare or mission‑driven environment preferred). Proven ability to build partnerships with community organizations, schools, and workforce programs. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously. Strong technical proficiency, including experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate pipeline management, and assessment tools. Ability to maintain real‑time candidate tracking and documentation. Proficiency with platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, RingCentral, and Zoom.
