Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent-Acquisition Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the aerospace and defense industry in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego, CA. This role is ideal for an organized HR or talent acquisition professional with strong scheduling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

The Talent-Acquisition Coordinator will support recruiting and HR activities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and confidentiality are essential. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate talent acquisition and HR administrative activities, with a strong focus on interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Maintain and update confidential electronic and hard copy HR records, files, databases, and reports.
- Provide accurate information to employees, managers, candidates, vendors, and authorized parties regarding HR processes and requests.
- Support employment-related processes, including documentation, tracking, reporting, and coordination with internal HR teams.
- Prepare reports related to employment, terminations, compensation, and other HR activities as requested.
- Assist with HR projects and department work assignments while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $26 to $28 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- Location: Rancho Bernardo, San Diego, CA.
